How does it work?

InterExec offers a range of services, which are tailored to individual needs and confidentiality requirements, usually consisting of Planning followed by Implementation.

For UK based clients, Planning can be conducted at our offices in London, Birmingham or Manchester. For internationally based clients we can arrange for visits to major cities or conduct the work by video conferencing.

The deliverable from planning is certainty. Certainty that we are targeting the optimum career move, certainty that we have the right presentations and certainty that the implementation plan will render the best results.

Implementation comprises a comprehensive marketing campaign conducted on your behalf and tailored to suit your particular requirements. It can be broad and multi-faceted or highly selective by focusing on just a few key targets.

The deliverable from Implementation is to secure a better role, by achieving a choice of opportunities and to secure the results faster due to InterExec’s extensive market access. The prospect of making a mistake in selecting the new role is minimised – 24% of UK CEOs drop out in the first 12 months, as compared to less than 2% of InterExec’s clients.

On average we spend over 100 hours working on each of our Client’s individual requirements.
