The vast majority of our clients use our Executive Service, which harnesses all of our accumulated intelligence to define and shape your precise market proposition, and then sources relevant opportunities based on your requirements.
The service consists of Planning to determine the Ideal Career Target, using methodology specially developed by InterExec to provide fast and transparent solutions, followed by Implementation which consists of an intensive marketing campaign undertaken by a team who have daily access to thousands of the most influential individuals in the senior executive recruitment market.
We provide comprehensive support throughout the service, enabling our clients to achieve a real competitive edge in the marketplace. This includes individual coaching and personalised advice on presentation and impact, together with techniques for successful networking and for influencing the outcome of interviews and other important meetings.
Five annual career mentoring sessions are also included following completion of the service.
